Electrical Licensing in Nevada
Nevada electricians must be licensed through State Contractors Board (verify). All electricians performing electrical work must hold the appropriate license classification for the type of work they perform.
License Types: Journeyman, Master, Residential Continuing Education: 18 hours per 3 years Reciprocity: Nevada has reciprocal licensing agreements with Arizona, California, Utah. This allows licensed electricians from those states to work in Nevada under certain conditions.
